Clarke's Towing has served Moncton since 1992, when founder Brian Clarke built the business up from a single 1977 Mack diesel wrecker. The company has since grown into a family-owned operation with sixteen tow trucks and a six-bay garage, covering the Maritimes for towing, recovery and equipment hauling. The fleet includes a heavy duty rotator recovery wrecker, a 53-foot beavertail float, boost trucks, tandems, single axles and flatbeds, giving the team the equipment to haul everything from cars to jack-knifed transport trucks off the highway. Alongside towing, Clarke's runs a body shop and heavy duty diesel repair bay staffed by licensed class 4 and Red Seal mechanics, handling truck painting, welding and government-required inspections. Roadside work covers 24-volt boosting, door unlocking, baby barn moving, undecking, and free scrap removal, plus secured compound storage and RV towing. A car hauler makes weekly runs to Nova Scotia, and the company partners with roadside assistance organizations that service car dealerships, as well as insurance companies handling collision repairs. Service is available 24-7 in both French and English, with the shop centrally based on Caledonia Road in Moncton.
