Get Towing is an independent directory of towing and roadside assistance companies in Canada. We are not a towing company, dispatcher, broker or agent. When you contact a listed company, you deal with that company directly: its prices, its service, its terms. We are not a party to, and accept no liability for, any transaction between you and a listed company.
Listing information is compiled from public sources and, where available, each company's own published materials. We work to keep it accurate but cannot guarantee it - companies change numbers, hours, services and ownership without telling directories. Ratings and review counts reflect Google data at the time of collection. Pricing information across the site (including the cost estimator) reflects typical published ranges and is guidance, not a quote. Verify anything that matters directly with the company.
Articles and local guides are general information for Canadian drivers, not legal, insurance or professional advice. Regulations change; where a decision matters (disputes, claims, impound fees), confirm current rules with the relevant provincial authority or a professional.
Basic listings are compiled from public information and are free. Claiming a listing requires ownership verification. Website, visibility and advertising forms are enquiries, not checkout forms; we do not take payment through them. Displayed prices are in Canadian dollars plus applicable tax. Before any paid work begins, we confirm the scope, availability, fulfilment and payment process in writing. Where a free website build is discussed, page and revision allowances, domain arrangements, ownership, hosting and any related costs are confirmed before launch.
Featured and Gold placements are sponsored positions, subject to city and category inventory and visibly labelled. Billing begins only after written confirmation. If you accept a recurring Featured or Gold placement, billing continues until cancelled. To avoid the next charge, tell us to cancel before the next billing date. Cancelling a paid placement does not remove or charge for the basic listing: the basic listing remains free. Paid placement never changes editorial information in a profile.
Don't scrape at abusive volume, misrepresent affiliation with us, or use the site to harass listed businesses. Directory data represents significant original compilation work and is protected by applicable law.
The site is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to the site is limited to $100 CAD. These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. We may update these terms; continued use after an update is acceptance.
