Family-run heavy and light towing in Sarnia since 2007
Captain Hook Towing & Recovery has served Sarnia and the surrounding area since April 2007, when owners Eric Symes and Lee Babiak started the family business with a single truck and driver, the late Jimmy Babiak, who brought over 21 years of industry experience and held the highest WreckMaster certification. That training has since been passed on to the current drivers. Based near Highway 402, the company welcomes walk-in customers and runs 24 hours a day, seven days a week, including holidays. Crews are trained in industrial safety, WHMIS, first aid, and CPR, and the business is fully insured, WSIB-covered, and CVOR licensed. Services include lockouts, battery boosts, fuel delivery, tire changes, ditch pulls, and light, medium, and heavy-duty towing, along with mobile office trailer towing, landoll trailer moves, and freight moving. Vehicles can also be held in secure outside storage. Out-of-town rates are kept reasonable, among the most affordable in the area. For a breakdown, a stuck vehicle, or a large freight move anywhere near Sarnia, the same trained team is on call any hour, any day of the year.
