Family-owned towing serving Yorkton and the Parkland area
Baillie Boys Towing is a family-owned operation that got its start when founder Dallas Baillie bought his first tow truck in 1989; the business was formally established in 1990 and originally ran out of Abernethy, Saskatchewan, before its operations shifted to Yorkton. The company runs a fleet of seven trucks, from general service units handling boosting, unlocking and roadside calls up to a 2003 Kenworth T800 heavy wrecker fitted with twin 50-ton winches and a 600-horsepower engine, plus a 2021 Freightliner with a 23-foot flat deck rated for 16,000 pounds, a 6,000-pound wheel lift and a 9,000-pound side-puller winch. Services include 24/7 towing, winching and lockout assistance, flat deck towing, and both short and long hauls across Western Canada. A set of 4x4 trucks is dedicated to extreme recovery work, pulling vehicles out of mud, snow and ditches. Baillie Boys also removes unwanted cars and trucks for recycling at no charge through its affiliation with Donate A Car Canada, and sells sea cans for storage or building projects. The company serves Yorkton and the surrounding Parkland area of Saskatchewan, continuing to take calls from its original Abernethy service territory as well. Dispatch runs 24 hours a day, seven days a week, so whether it's a semi stuck on the highway shoulder or a car that's slid into the ditch during a prairie snowstorm, Baillie Boys Towing is a call away any time.
